Barre to the Beat~ Mat Class

In this 50 minute class, you will work every muscle and get sweating as we combine ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training!

With the option of cardio bursts and modifications, you will be able to choose the perfect level for you.

Experience many different types of low impact, effective, movement that will tone and lengthen every muscle

Class size is limited to (6) people and can join either virtually or in studio

 

Reformer Class~ Pilates Equipment Class

Experience the ultimate in a small group training! Take your group Pilates classes to the next level utilizing the resistance training (or assistance) provided by the springs on the Pilates Reformer.

This 50-55 minute class will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and full of life.

Class size is limited to 3 people to get the maximum benefit of personal corrections while enjoying the energy of friends and fellow clients.

 

Pilates ~ Yoga Fusion~ Mat Class

In this 50 min mat session we will fuse the best of Pilates Mat and Yoga.

Working through Pilates strength poses while stretching those stressed out muscles using Yoga poses. Perfect session after a long day of meetings.

No props needed, just grab your mat and enjoy class. Can join either virtually or in studio
